COURSE STRUCTURE:
THE COLLABORATION PROCESS
Your journey is a dual-leadership collaboration that integrates the founder's vision (Jiyeon Noh - Architectural & Engineering Background) with the Master Artisan's technical execution (Vickie - Structural & Finishing Expert).
1. In-depth Design Consultation
The Artisan conducts a Structural Feasibility Analysis of your design concept. We proactively identify potential flaws, analyze material suitability, and define the most efficient construction methods to save you time and cost.
2. Collaborative Blueprinting & Pattern Assurance

The Artisan provides direct support on complex pattern drafting and structural blueprinting.

We use precision engineering principles to resolve structural challenges and ensure your pattern is flawless before proceeding to mock-up validation.
3. Expert-Guided Crafting
The Master Artisan (Vickie) is beside you throughout the construction process, providing real-time technical supervision. She offers immediate troubleshooting and applies advanced finishing techniques (e.g., Exotic leather handling) to achieve uncompromising, luxury-grade quality in the final product.

Our Master Artisan's time is highly dedicated. Booking is available during the following hours:

Note: All sessions are 2 hours 50 minutes.
The Studio is closed on Sunday and Monday.

You may reschedule the entire course ONLY ONCE, subject to availability. This policy ensures fair scheduling, as each Exclusive Course is taught by an expert artisan in limited slots.
PRICING & ENROLLMENT
The session fee reflects the dedicated time and unparalleled expertise of a Master Artisan, whose commitment is focused on achieving your project's structural perfection.
Material costs are separate and must be paid on-site. General bag hardware and reinforcement can be provided by the studio. If your design requires unique or special hardware (e.g., a unique hair pin or a cat harness buckle, etc.), you may bring it yourself, or we can guide you to hardware stores within the leather market.

Example: Pencil cases, card holders, name tags, sunglasses sleeves, and small accessories. Note: In the case of small bags or pouches that require more than 2 sessions, you can start with the initial 2 Sessions, and any additional sessions required can be paid for based on your project's progress.
Bag Project

BESPOKE DESIGN & CREATION FLOW
Phase 1: Conceptualization & Design
1. Design Consultation & Development
Initial design customizing and development based on the client's vision and requirements.
2. Mock-up Creation
Making a mock-up to visualize the size, structure, and functionality of the final bag.
Phase 2: Technical Planning & Material Sourcing
3. Pattern Drafting
Drawing the final pattern—either by hand drawing or CAD—to establish precise measurements and construction details.
4. Material Selection
Carefully choosing the main leather and reinforcement materials that align with the design and durability requirements.
Phase 3: Creation
5. Bag Realization / Construction
The construction of the bag using advanced techniques and processes learned throughout the course, resulting in the final personalized piece.

Booking & Cancellation Policy for the Exclusive Bespoke Course
The Exclusive Bespoke Course represents the highest level of studio commitment, requiring the non-transferable time of a Master Artisan for dedicated co-creation and structural analysis. Due to the specialized and highly personal nature of this arrangement, strict adherence to the following protocols is mandatory.
1. Reservation and Confirmation
All bookings are processed on a full pre-payment basis through our online system. Your reservation is confirmed immediately upon payment, allowing us to secure the Master Artisan’s exclusive schedule and begin the personalized preparation for your project.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the significant commitment of studio resources and the Master Artisan’s dedicated time, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted, and payments cannot be converted into store credit.
3. Rescheduling and Amendments
To maintain the integrity of our Master Artisan’s schedule, rescheduling, adjustments, or changes to the confirmed date and time are strictly not permitted. Unlike our standard courses, this exclusive session is non-transferable. Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the automatic loss of that session and its associated fee.
4. Course Validity and Expiration
To ensure the continuity of the technical learning process, all sessions must be completed within the following timeframes:

Option A (2 Sessions): Must be completed within 14 days from the first session.

Option B (10 Sessions): Must be completed within 10 weeks from the first session. The validity period cannot be extended for any reason, and any unused sessions will expire without refund.
5. Studio Etiquette and Attendance
To ensure a seamless and focused co-creation environment, we recommend arriving 5 minutes before your session begins.

Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as we cannot extend classes beyond their scheduled time out of respect for subsequent Master Artisan commitments.

All professional tools and premium materials are provided by the studio.
6. Studio Rights and Safety

Studio Rights: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Master Artisan illness, studio maintenance, or force majeure), De Bloo Studio reserves the right to adjust schedules in consultation with the participant. In such rare cases, the studio will provide the next available replacement date.

Safety First: For the well-being of all participants, safety protocols and workshop rules must be followed at all times. The studio reserves the right to refuse participation if these standards are not respected.
