Shipping Policy
 

Domestic Shipping:

• Orders are shipped via J&T delivery service for a flat rate of 60 THB per order.

• Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, as products may be customized and require preparation time.

 

International Shipping:

• Prices are shown in Thai Baht. Use a currency converter for conversions.

• Orders are shipped via Thailand Post (EMS), with shipping fees determined by Thailand Post rates.

• International orders may require an additional 5-7 business days for processing before shipment.

• Delivery takes 8-15 business days from the ship date, not the order date.

• Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Packing slips cannot be marked as "gifts" or with altered prices.

• No shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.
