We only collect the information you choose to give us, and we only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us. We don’t sell it to third parties. No matter where you are, where you live, or what your citizenship is, we provide the same standard of privacy protection to all our users around the world, regardless of their country of origin or location.

Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy
- Orders will be shipped by J&T delivery service and the price will be 60 THB for your entire order.
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days as the products can be customized and need time to prepare.
- You will receive your order in 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping Policy
- Prices are shown in Thai baht. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
- Orders will be shipped by Thailand Post (EMS), and the shipping fee is different according to the Thailand Post.
- International orders may require 5-7 business days or more of additional processing time prior to the shipment as we may need time to prepare your order before shipping.
- You will receive your order in 8-15 business days from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Return policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

Notice

- Due to the nature of natural leather, the leather ages over time. There may be natural scratches, such as wrinkles and dots which are characteristics of natural leather. It does not apply to the reason for exchange or refund.

- It is not possible to exchange or refund due to the simple change of mind.
