A short, focused program for learners who want to complete a full bag project in a short stay. Choose a 3–7 day program and train intensively from start to finish, with daily sessions available Tue–Sat.
Pattern Briefing (patterns provided)
Each project includes professionally drafted patterns. In class we explain how to read and use the patterns; pattern drafting or detailed pattern study is not included.
Comprehensive Bag Techniques
Learn the specific techniques needed to complete your chosen bag - from material selection to reinforcement, hardware setting, and final finishing. It is focused on the skills required for your chosen project.

Private, One-on-One Lessons: You will receive private, one-on-one lessons from an expert artisan.

Fully Customized Project: After booking, your project details will be confirmed, and your customized leather choice will be prepared in advance.

Time-Saving Preparation: To facilitate faster, more effective learning and maximize your hands-on time, the leather is pre-cut and the skiving process is finished before you begin.

Note: Instruction on how to cut leather is still provided through cutting training.

PRACTICE, SUPPORT, AND STRUCTURE

Daily Homework Requirement: This course is truly intensive. Daily homework will be assigned, primarily focusing on stitching and edge painting.

The estimated time commitment for homework is typically 2 to 3 hours per day, but this may vary depending on the individual student's pace.

Free Workshop Access: You may use our workshop space for completing your homework during the provided times: 9:00 AM–10:00 AM and 5:00 PM–6:00 PM.

Support for Paces: For slower-paced students, we can provide hands-on assistance with your progress and ensure successful completion.

OPTIONAL PRACTICE MATERIAL KIT
A Material Kit is available for optional purchase, allowing you to create an additional project on your own outside of the course.

Kit Contents: Includes pre-cut and skived leather pieces (in the correct thickness), all necessary hardwares, reinforcements, thread, and edge paint.

Customization: You may customize the kit's contents, including the leather color, by confirming your choice on the morning of the second day of the course.

Tools Required: To create your projects using this kit, you will need to have your own set of tools.

This policy ensures fair scheduling, as each Intensive Course is taught by an expert artisan in limited slots.
