Our artisans will perform extensive pre-work (such as pattern cutting and leather preparation) before the workshop begins to ensure that your project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Material & Quality:
Genuine cow leather with natural variations in texture and minor imperfections, such as wrinkles or tiny spots, which are characteristic of high-quality leather. We take care to select only the best parts for your project.

1. Reservation & Payment
All bookings must be made and fully paid online in advance.
Your reservation is confirmed once the payment is completed.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation is not possible once a booking is made.

3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.
Requests must be made at least 12 hours before the class via the online system.
De Bloo Studio reserves the right to offer alternative session dates depending on availability.

4. Arrival Time & Studio Rules
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins.
Late arrivals may result in shortened class time, as sessions cannot be extended.
All tools and materials are provided by the studio.

5. Special Conditions
Customized or personalized projects (e.g., leather color, stamping) are strictly non-refundable once prepared.
No additional materials or preparation are required from participants.

6. Studio Rights
De Bloo Studio reserves the right to adjust schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, studio maintenance, or force majeure).
Safety and workshop rules must be followed at all times. The studio may refuse participation if these are not respected.
