This premium course is fundamentally different from our Advanced (Tailored Design) Program: NO PREREQUISITES: Unlike the Advanced course (which requires L1-L6 completion), you need no prior experience. DUAL LEADERSHIP: This is a collaboration integrating the founder's vision (Jiyeon Noh - Architectural & Design Background) with the Master Artisan's technical execution (Vickie - Structural & Finishing Expert). Booking Policy
MASTER ARTISAN SCHEDULING & COMMITMENT The Exclusive Bespoke Course requires the non-transferable time of a Master Artisan (Vickie) for dedicated co-creation and structural analysis. Due to this specialized commitment, strict adherence to the policy below is mandatory. 1. Reservation & Payment - Advance Payment Required: All bookings must be made and fully paid online in advance. - Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed only once the full payment is completed. 2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling (STRICTLY NO AMENDMENTS) - Strictly Non-Refundable: All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted into store credit. - No Cancellation: Cancellation is not possible once a booking is made. - No Rescheduling: Rescheduling, adjustments, or changes to the confirmed date and time are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy reflects the Master Artisan's dedicated, non-transferable schedule. - Lapse of Session: Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the automatic loss of that session and its fee. 3. Validity & Expiration - Option A (2 Sessions): Must be completed within 2 weeks (14 days) from the first session. - Option B (14 Sessions): Must be completed within 14 weeks from the first session. - No Extension: The validity period cannot be extended for any reason. Any unused sessions remaining after the specified period will automatically expire without refund. 4. Arrival Time & Project Rules - Punctuality: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins. - Late Arrival: Late arrivals will result in shortened class time, as sessions cannot be extended. - Project Materials: All necessary tools and materials are provided by the studio. 5. Special Conditions & Studio Rights - Project Preparation: Customized projects are strictly non-refundable once preparation is started following the design consultation. - Schedule Adjustment: De Bloo Studio reserves the right to adjust schedules in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Master Artisan illness, force majeure). In such rare cases, the studio will offer the next available replacement date. - Safety & Compliance: Safety and workshop rules must be followed at all times.
