30 Names, Gold Foil, One Hour: Our Leather Stamping Event in Bangkok
What happens when 30 guests each want their own name stamped in gold, all at once?
On 5 October 2026, we found out. Eros, Chon and Liam from De Bloo Studio took our stamping machine to Courtyard by Marriott, Bangkok for the JAMESCOOK University Partners Engagement Event 2026.
First impressions
The hotel staff greeted us warmly and helped carry our equipment up to the M floor. The venue was spotless, the room was full of energy, and the atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for.
Names in gold, one by one
Every guest received an ID lanyard in premium Epsom pattern cow leather. Before we started, one of us showed everyone the best spot to place their name. Then the fun began. Guests wrote their names on paper, crowded around our table, and watched each letter press into the leather in gold foil.
It wasn’t easy. Thirty names in a short time meant fast hands and full focus. But every time we saw a guest’s face light up at their finished lanyard, the tiredness disappeared.
A keepsake, not just a lanyard
After the stamping, guests posed for photos with their personalised lanyards. These are small pieces of leather they’ll carry through daily life, and a reminder of the day.
A leather stamping event gives your guests something they can keep and use. If you’re planning a corporate or university event in Bangkok, De Bloo Studio would love to work with you again. Message us to book your own live stamping experience.
