Duo Card Case: Beginner Leathercraft Class in Bangkok Using Luxury Epsom Leather

The latest addition to our Fundamental Program (Beginner Level 2) is the Duo Card Case, a compact leather card holder designed for everyday use and easy color customization. This beginner leathercraft class at De Bloo Studio in Sukhumvit 29, Bangkok guides you through making your own luxury-style card case from start to finish.

This design began as a personal project when our founder wanted a special gift for loved ones, something simple to carry every day yet refined enough to feel unique. The Duo Card Case was the result, with clean lines, dual-sided storage, and elegant color blocking that fits both casual and formal styles (and they come in many colors!).

In this Fundamental beginner leathercraft program, students work with imported Epsom cow leather and Lin Cable thread from France, materials commonly used in high-end luxury leather goods. Along the way, you will practice core skills: leather cutting, hole punching, saddle stitching, edge painting, and edge ironing, building the piece step by step.​

By the end of the session, you leave our Bangkok studio with a polished Duo Card Case inspired by that original gift idea, plus a solid foundation of techniques you can use for future wallets, bags, and other leather projects!
