Group Workshop in Bangkok - Team Building ExxonMobil x De Bloo

Today ExxonMobil came to our De Bloo Studio in Bangkok for a fun team building activity. The activity in question is…leather crafting!

Nothing makes a better team building activity than this — people from different nationalities, all working toward one shared goal: making something unique together.

The moment they stepped into the workshop, the team building fun began. After each person selected their preferred craft item — a phone bag, a clutch, or a pair of key rings and a luggage tag....our instructors walked them through the process step by step.

Learning together, helping each other

The best part? Not everyone started at the same skill level, but that didn't matter. Once someone caught on, they'd turn to help their desk mate get there too. That's what team building is really about, helping each other reach the best result, together.

Everyone spent 3 hours hand-stitching their leather pieces, laughing and enjoying the process side by side. By the end, each person walked away with a unique, wearable piece of art personalized with their name hot-stamped in silver foil.
