Team Building Leather Workshop in Bangkok | Shell x De Bloo Studio

In a 3-hour team-building leather workshop event, team members from Shell will be learning to make their own leather bag.

Today, at our workshop studio near Sukhumvit station in Bangkok, participants will be making one of the hardest leather bag for beginners: Pixie. What's the hard part? It requires both hand stitch and machine stitch. Undaunted, each person selected a color of their choice for the prepared leather parts and got to work.

Why make a leather bag as a corporate team building? Well, simply doing something difficult together with a shared goal can foster trust, morale, communication, and creativity. At De Bloo Studio, we have many group workshops with a variety of style and difficulty!

Everyone tried their best to follow the instructions, and to our pleasure, each person did very well! Everyone's effort forged a stronger bond, plus they got to keep a unique keepsake. We'd say it was a perfect team building activity.
