Student Spotlight: Boston Bag Making– Intensive Course in Bangkok

Ruth spent five days in our Intensive leather bag making course in Bangkok crafting her own Elis 16 Boston bag at De Bloo Studio. She used calf shrunken leather in our iconic striped design, stitching together ruben, pink, and choco leather panels, then making the handle attachments, edge painting, and adding reinforcement to the bag panels. After adding piping and a zipper and crafting the handles with instructor support, she assembled everything, flipped the bag inside out, and shaped it with heat to finish a colorful, structured Boston bag that looks and feels truly luxurious. Usually, she would opt for black and white color combo, something safe, but this time she decided to spread her color palette and personally, we think this color combo that she chose suits her so well! I mean, look at this!
